Who we are

Petroxin Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through petroxin.ai and in the course of our business. We are registered in England and Wales, company no. 08685446, at Matrix Business Centre, Highview House, 167 Station Road, Edgware, London HA8 7JU. What we collect

• Enquiries. When you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, organisation, email address and message. The form opens your own email program; nothing is stored on this website.
• Clients and suppliers. Business contact details and correspondence needed to agree and deliver work, and to invoice.
• Website. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To reply to enquiries and develop business relationships: our legitimate interests.
• To deliver contracts, invoice and keep records: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
• To keep the website secure: our legitimate interests.

We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making, or send marketing emails without consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers acting for us, such as our web and email host (IONOS) and our accountants, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to two years. Client, contract and accounting records: six years after the end of the financial year they relate to. Server logs: as set by our host, typically a few weeks.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or erasure of your data, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to our use of it, and ask for a portable copy. Email dataprotection@petroxin.ai; we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. Links to LinkedIn, X and Facebook take you to those sites, whose own privacy policies apply.

We will post any changes to this notice on this page with a new date.
